Honestly Zoosk is one of the best dating sites. It might actually be the best but I have not tried them all so cannot say. I have tried other highly rated sites, that are free, cheaper and more expensive. All other sites did not function as well. I have met new friends who have enriched my life with wit and charm and companionship. I have never encountered the negatives noted by others in their reviews. Those who criticize Zoosk are having issues because they cannot figure out how to use the software. I find the software less than intuitive and would volunteer to write a client manual of tips for better results. In the beginning, I was discouraged. When I learned to use the software my results changed dramatically. I highly recommend Zoosk as a low cost, high results program. The price could be higher for what is delivered. I think Zoosk is keeping its prices low actually. Girl in BC
I like most of the features and especially like the distance feature. Long distance relationships have not worked well for me so that is a help. Dont like the carousel feature. Not enough info to make a good choice.
Decent site. Need more information on the carousel section(smoker/non smoker) and the cost of a subscription could come down.

I am beyond glad I decided to give this app a shot. I met someone amazing who I can see a future with. The way I see it, you wont know who you meet until you sign up. Give it a shot.

Some bad moments

App is just difficult to manage, sometimes works sometimes it is very slow ... Just keep your money. Doesnt expend... too much trouble . Product = 0 stars !
Really dont try this ! Its expensive biggest bulshit Ive ever seen !
Be warned! If you sign up for this site you cannot delete your profile!!! After 2 days on this god awful train wreck I decided to cancel. I have now had to email the company 3 times to have my profile deleted permanently. They have yet to do it. Very unprofessional and shady customer service/privacy in my opinion! Additionally, the quality of the site itself is awful. Save yourself some money and use a free site, if you must. Its gotta be better than this!!!
Everything is on lock down unless you pay for an upgrade. I keep getting messages from the app telling me I have new smartpicks but when I try to message them they say I "have to subscribe to access that feature"... wtf! Dont tease me like that fam. They like to play with your emotions. Imagine someone calling you and telling you they made you your FAVOURITE food. They invite you over, you get excited, you drive over to their house. Once you get there, they sit you down in front of the food. It looks AMAZING so you reach out to grab it, but just as you touch it they SLAP your hand off and tell you you need to cover the bill first before you can eat it! Thats what this app feels like. LEGIT disappointed! Almost as bad as eharmony tbh.
Gotta pay for anything you wanna do (read messages, send messages etc...)
If you want to message another user, for instance to say "Hello, would you like to use this app for its designed feature and maybe have a date?" you are first required to pay a 39.99$ subscription fee.
